At 32 Degrees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 45 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the return label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
